The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground of his spouse, who is suffering from cancer as well as on the ground of distance.

A representation has been submitted by him before the authorities dated March 12, 2025, which is yet to be considered by the respondent authority. Having heard the learned advocate for the parties and after perusing the materials available on records, the present writ petition is being disposed of by directing the respondent no.2/District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), Falta, Circle Haringhata, immediately take up the petitioner's representation as above and decide thereupon.

In doing so, he may grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and conclude the entire exercise as

above, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order.

Let it be mentioned, that after due satisfaction as per law, the D.I. shall give effect to the onward transmission of the application of the petitioner as above, to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, as per Rules.

The writ petition is disposed of.

Since no affidavit is called for in this case, the allegations made in the writ petition, are deemed to have been denied by the respondents.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be supplied to the parties, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
