Learned advocate appearing on behalf of both the parties submits that due to mismatch of the details of the bank account of the petitioners, payment cannot be made.

The petitioners are directed to visit the office of the Chief Mechanical Engineer, Syama Prasad Mookherjee Port with relevant documents to clear the doubts so that the payment can be made accordingly.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 4 will take the responsibility of representing all the other petitioners. A formal authorisation letter by the other petitioners shall be given to the respondent no. 4.
