1. The order dated 30th April, 2024 is mentioned for correction.

2. In the second line of the second paragraph on first page of the order dated 30th April, 2024, the expression "dated 26.12.2023" shall stand corrected to read as "12.03.2022" and the expression "Chairperson, Hooghly District Primary School Council" shall stand corrected to read as "Chairman, Murshidabad District Primary School Council". In the third sentence of the second paragraph on first page of the said order, the expression "petitioners" shall stand corrected to read as "petitioner" and in the same sentence of the said paragraph, the expression "2000" shall stand corrected to read as "2002". The second sentence in paragraph two on the first page of the said order shall stand deleted and be replaced by the following sentence:

"By the said order, the petitioner was deprived of "A" Category Pay Scale and removed in the panel of Head Teachers".

3. Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 30th April, 2024.

4. The other parts of the order dated 30th April, 2024 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
