1. Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

1. Learned Advocate for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary including the statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 as also the injury report.

2. Injury report of the victim suggests that the injury was caused by the butt of a pistol.

3. Statement recorded under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 suggests that, an incident of outraging the modesty of the daughter of the de facto compliant was ongoing when the de facto complainant intervened.

4. Considering the materials in the case diary implicating the

petitioner in the incident as also the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 5.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 1043 of 2025 is dismissed.
