The petitioner alleges inaction on the part of the Amta Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents.

It appears that Amta Police has registered a FIR being Amta Police Station Case No.89/22 and investigated the matter. Charge Sheet being Amta P.S. C.S. No.162/22 dated 26th May, 2022 has also been filed under sections 341, 323, 354, 506, 34 of the IPC. In that view of the matter, this Court finds no inaction on the part of the Amta Police.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
