Dutta, APP Mr. Subrato Roy ... for the State This application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected upon hearing the learned advocate for the petitioners and the learned advocate for the State who has invited our attention to the order dated 16.03.2020 passed in CRM 2735 of 2020 whereby the petitioners were not admitted on anticipatory bail and their prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court. It appears to us that there is no substantive change in the circumstances. That apart, there is no mention in the application itself about the rejection of earlier prayer made by the petitioners.

Thus, application being CRM 2810 of 2021 is rejected. (Suvra Ghosh, J.) ( Shivakant Prasad ,J.)
