The petitioners are in custody for about 2 years and renewing their prayer for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. The petitioners have been prima facie implicated in the murder of a person.

Considering the material on record prima facie connecting the petitioners to the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case diary be returned.
