(S. Banerjee) This revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated January 18, 2023 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, Sadar, Hoghly in connection with M.P. Case No. 75 of 2023.

Having regard to the statutory period prescribed, I am of the opinion that the proceeding, being M.P. Case No. 75 of 2023 has become infructuous.

Accordingly, learned Executive Magistrate would drop the said proceeding.

With the aforesaid observation, CRR 1056 of 2023 is disposed of.

All concerned are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
