This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner/wife for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit No.10 of 2016 and Misc. Case No.7 of 2016, which is an application for maintenance pendente lite filed under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 10th Court at Alipore, South 24Parganas. Records reveal that the miscellaneous case and the matrimonial suit are proceeding parallelly and crossexamination of PW1 is going on. Under such circumstances, taking into account the stage of the suit as also the age of the suit, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Court below to dispose of the miscellaneous case as also the matrimonial suit expeditiously. The miscellaneous case should be disposed of within a period of two months from the next date fixed. After disposal of the miscellaneous case, the learned Court

below shall dispose of the matrimonial suit within a period of six months thereafter.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the case and the learned Court below shall proceed with the case and dispose of the same independently.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon the opposite party as also the learned Advocate for the opposite party appearing in the Court below along with a server copy of this order immediately.

The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
