1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. Challenging, inter alia, the attachment of the petitioners' bank accounts maintained with Axis Bank, Dalhousie Branch, on the basis of the communication issued by the respondents on 15th February, 2024, the present writ petition has been filed. The factum of such attachment was communicated to the petitioners by the petitioners' banker by a letter dated 1st March, 2024. It is the petitioners' case that such attachment was without any cause.

3. During the pendency of the aforesaid writ petition, the attachment of the bank accounts have been lifted, as such, the petitioners pray for withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to pray for damages.

4. Since the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the

present writ petition, let the writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

5. The connected application, being CAN 1 of 2024 also stands dismissed.
