20.12.2021 sl.15 sk ct.29 Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya along with Mr. Pratick Bose, learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya and Mr. Pratick Bose learned advocates in due course.

Learned Advocate on behalf of the State appears and submits that this revisional application against an interim order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur dated 11.1.2011 in connection with |Misc. Case No. 411/2009. It is further submitted that the revisional application pending since long. No step was taken after 2.5.2011. So the revisional application may be disposed of accordingly.

On careful perusal of the order dated 11.1.2011, I do not find any reason to interfere with the judgment which does not suffer either from any illegality or irregularity.

Thus, being the position, the revisional application stands dismissed.

The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur forthwith.
