Petitioner is a complainant at whose instance Complaint Case No. CR 1039 of 2014 was initiated before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, Hooghly under the provisions of West Bengal Apartment Ownership Act, 1973.

Learned advocate submits that the complainant has been suffering for more than nine years and the accused persons are evading the court in a designed manner to harass the complainant Having regard to the period of time which has elapsed, I direct that the learned A.C.J.M, Chandannagar to fix at least one date in every 15 days so that the trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournments should be granted to either of the parties.

All efforts be taken by the stake-holders to conclude the trial by 31st December, 2024.

With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional

application being CRR 1111 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. All concerned parties are to act in terms of a copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court. [Tirthankar Ghosh, J]
