C.R.R. 993 of 2011 In the matter of Ashok Mahato & Ors. ....petitioners. 20.12.2021 sl.17 sk ct.29 Mr. Binay Kumar Panda Mr. Pravas Bhattacharyya ...for the State.

Mr. Binay Kumar Panda along with Mr. Provas Bhattacharyya learned Advocates who usually appear on behalf of the State are requested to appear in this revisional application. Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize the appointment of Mr. Binay Kumar Panda and Mr. Provas Bhattacharyya learned advocates in due course. Learned Advocate on behalf of the State is present. It appears that no stay has been granted in the revisional application since 18.5.2011. The petitioner did not care to appear thereafter and did not file any affidavit of service since 18.5.2011. This is an application under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code with a prayer for quashing of the proceedings pending before the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia.

After careful perusal of the entire records, I do not find any reason to continue with this revisional application as I do not find any illegality or irregularity to interfere with the proceedings. Thus, the instant revisional application stands dismissed. The learned Registrar (Judicial Services) is requested to communicate this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kalyani, Nadia forthwith.
