Heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondent nos.2 and 3 in seeking to repossess the vehicle that the petitioner claims to have taken on higher purchase.

Mr. Guha Thakurtha, learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos.2 and 3 opposes this writ petition.

Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and having considered the material on record, this Court is of the view that this writ petition cannot be entertained inasmuch as the same is directed against the action of a private entity being the respondent nos.2 and 3. Although, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the private respondent nos.2 and 3 are the financial institutions yet, in view of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Federal Bank Ltd.

V. Sagar Thomas & Ors., (2003) 10 SCC 733, this writ petition cannot be maintained.

In such view of the matter, WPA 6966 of 2025 is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
