The charge against the petitioner is of murder. Earlier, the petitioner had approached this Court twice for bail. By an order dated 25.09.2020 passed in CRM No.6805 of 2020, his first prayer was rejected. By an order dated 17.12.2020 passed in CRM No.9702 of 2020, his second prayer was rejected.

We have seen the material in the case diary. There are several statements of witnesses including injured persons recorded under Section 161 of the Code.

In view of the earlier two rejections and in view of the serious nature and gravity of the charges levelled against the petitioner, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail, at this stage.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
