The Officer-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station shall ensure that the petitioner, her husband and the younger son enjoy the property and the residential house, situated at villageKamrabad, Rabindra Sarani, Police StationSonarpur along with respondent nos.5 and 6 amicably. The padlock on the first floor shall be opened by the police authorities and the police authorities shall ensure that the parties maintain law and order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
