Counsel for the private respondent is present. He submits that notice of upgradation has not been given to him.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks time.

This Court is, prima facie, inclined to accept the submissions of the private respondent that he may not have been given notice of upgradation of the writ petition.

However, in respect of the FIR against the petitioners and the private respondent, Uluberia Police Station shall complete investigation within two months from date and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate. No coercive steps shall be taken against any of the parties.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
