He submits victim has been examined. He prays for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He had violated the minor victim. There was no amorous relationship between the petitioner and the victim. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
