1. The Union of India was the respondent before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Kolkata Bench in O.A. Nos. 944 and 1596 of 2022. The same was disposed off on 07.08.2024 setting aside the suspension order assailed by the applicant and granting consequential relief. The same has been assailed in the present proceedings.

2. After making submissions on behalf of the petitioners, the learned counsel realising difficulty arising out of the fact that certain issues though raised in the pleadings and canvassed today, are not considered in order of the Tribunal seeks to invoke the review jurisdiction of the Tribunal.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that the prescribed time for invoking the review jurisdiction has lapsed.

4. In view of the rival submissions we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to invoke the review jurisdiction.

5. It is needless to say that the period of pendency of the matter before this Court would be available to the petitioner to raise while filing the review, for the purposes of limitation.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.
