C.R.M.(A) 1051 of 2025 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 in connection with Dhubulia Police Station Case No. 115 of 2025 dated 17.03.2025 under Sections 126(2)/118(2)/109/76/3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. And In Re : Kartick Ghosh ...... petitioner Mr. Avijit Ganguly ...for the petitioner Mr. Sandip Chakraborty Ms. Sanjida Sultana ...for the State Injured suffered a stab injury over the scalp and over right thumb at the instance of the petitioner as appearing from the injury report of such victim.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

The application being C.R.M. (A) 1051 of 2025 stands dismissed.
