This revisional application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for transfer of C. Case No.1001 of 2010 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act from the Court of the Learned 17th Metropolitan Magistrate, Kolkata to the Court of the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar, is listed today for hearing. None appears for the petitioner on the second consecutive date. Administrative Notice was issued and served upon the petitioner and opposite party no.1 but none appeared. The report is taken on record. This is an old pending case of 2015. The complaint case is older by five years.

I do not find any reason to allow the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the revisional application under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 17th Court, Kolkata for information. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. .
