The writ petitioner is aggrieved that the investigation into the FIR has not been completed till date.

In those circumstances, this Court directs the O. C., Adra Police Station, Purulia to complete investigation into the subject FIR within a period of one month from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
