.... Petitioners Mr. Kaushik De ...for the petitioners Mr. S.S. Imam, Mr. S. Kundu ...for the State Mr. De, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are not financially capable to furnish bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties for like amount, one of whom must be local, as directed in the order dated 20th September, 2021. Mr. Kundu, learned advocate enters appearance on behalf of the State.

Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and considering the materials on record, the condition to furnish 'bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local', is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall furnish two registered sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2021 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
