Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner is in custody for more than 300 days and prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have perused the material on record.

It appears that the petitioner is assessed as 100 per cent disabled due to hearing impairment and has to use hearing aid. The material on record including the statements and the medical evidence implicates the petitioner in the alleged offence. Charges have been framed. Vulnerable witnesses are yet to be examined. Considering the material on record suggesting prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
