For Union of India In terms of the order dated 22nd June, 2022, the respondents have informed the petitioner that the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Kolkata Bench, will sit on 21st July, 2022 and 22nd July, 2022. The petitioner has also filed an original application before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench, Kolkata Bench, being Diary No. 1073/74 dated 8th July, 2022.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, since the petitioner's case is covered under the provisions of Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007, I direct the petitioner to approach the Tribunal immediately for placing his matter in the cause list of matters to be taken up and dealt with by the Tribunal on 21st July, 2022 and 22nd July, 2022. The request to the Registry by the petitioner shall be in writing annexing a copy of this order. In the event,

such request is made by the petitioner, the Tribunal shall take up the petitioner's application at least for the purpose of considering the interim relief, if any, to which the petitioner is entitled to.

All parties, including the Armed Forces Tribunal, shall act on the basis of a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court, without insisting upon production of a certified copy thereof.

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegation made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
