Petitioners filed this revisional application under Section 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging order dated 02.12.2014 passed by Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Haldia, Purba Midnapore rejecting the prayer for their discharge in Sessions Case No.312/July/2014 in connection with G.R. Case No.97/2004 arising out of Nandigram Police Station Case No.18 of 2004 under Sections 498A/ 313/ 384 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Since the petitioners have not appeared before this Court on consecutive dates, the revisional application is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
