Earlier, the revisional application appeared on 13.10.2023, when none also represented the petitioner. This revisional application again appeared this week, when the same was fixed to appear under the present heading i.e. "Fixed Motion".

The petitioner has applied before this court with a prayer for expeditious disposal.

I find from the records that the petitioner happens to be the complainant of the case and the stage of the present case before the ld. Magistrate, as is reflected from the order-sheets, is that after supply of copies, the present case have been transferred to the ld. JM, 5th Court, Serampore for trial and disposal.

Having considered that the case was initiated in the year 2021, I direct the ld. JM, 5th Court, Serampore to fix at least one date in every three months so that the trial of the

case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. No unnecessary adjournment be granted to either of the parties.

Ld. Public Prosecutor conducting the case would produce the materials, documents and exhibits on the date so fixed for examination of the witnesses. All stakeholders will cooperate with the ld. Trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1062 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
