Pradip Malo and others The petitioner being the complainant in respect of C. Case No.2313 of 2017 prayed for expeditious disposal of the same. There are no certified copies enclosed along with the revisional application and the records reflect that the petitioner was appearing in person before this Court. However, having considered the plight of the petitioner, who has approached this Court in the case and is awaiting for justice, I direct the learned ACJM, Alipore to expedite the progress of the case so that the same can be taken to its logical conclusion.

With the aforesaid directions, CRR 855 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently dismissed. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
