Naresh Chandra Sharma Mr. Ivan Roy Mr. Debangshu Bandhu ....for the petitioner This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 6th Court at Alipore to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.219 of 2022 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the learned advocate for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates appearing before the learned Trial Judge.

From the order sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the applications under Section 7(1) Section 7(2) and Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure are pending. It further appears that May 22, 2025 has been fixed for hearing of the aforesaid applications.

In view thereof, CO 1099 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), 6th Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the applications under Section 7(1) Section 7(2) and Order 7 Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. on May 22, 2025, if the same are otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavor to see that the said applications are disposed of as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
