The death occurred at the matrimonial home of the victim. The petitioners are the in-laws of the victim. It is contended that the 3rd petitioner was married and resided elsewhere.

However, at this stage, to discount their complicity in the incident would be improper.

Consequently, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 1225 of 2023 is dismissed.
