It is submitted that in respect of the transfer of the petitioner the District Inspector of Schools has already sent certain names to the West Bengal Central School Service Commission. Now effecting transfer is in the hands of the Commissioner of School Education and not in the hands of the Commission.

Therefore, I direct the Commissioner of School Education, being the respondent no. 2, to take appropriate steps immediately - not later than two months from the date of communication of this order. With the above directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
