Md Bilwal Hossain ...for the petitioner Mr. Prithu Dudhoria ...for the respondents In compliance of my earlier order, petitioner has deposited costs with the Calcutta High Court Bar Association Lawyers' Benevolent Fund and filed receipt of payment of the same which is taken on record. In view of this fact, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition.

It is pointed out that in the second line of third paragraph on page 2 of the order dated April 21, 2022 it was inadvertently recorded as High Court Legal Services Committee, instead of Calcutta High Court Bar Association Lawyers' Benevolent Fund.

The department is directed to make the necessary correction accordingly.
