The petitioner has applied for transfer through Utsashree Portal. The said application has not been forwarded by the school till date on the ground that there is no instruction from the DI. The matter was never taken up to the DI for the latter to make any comment on that matter.

In those circumstances, the petitioner's application shall be sent to DI for further action on his end under the Rules of 2015.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
