It is submitted on behalf of both the parties that pursuant to the order dated September 17, 2024, the respondent authorities have sent a Draft Deed of Lease in respect of the subject premises, which has been signed by the petitioner and deposited with the Appropriate Authorities.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition and the connected contempt proceedings.

Accordingly, WPA No. 5773 of 2011 and CPAN 1462 of 2024 stand disposed of.
