Petitioner is in custody for more than two years. He is involved in ravishing the victim as well as her sister. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Delay in the matter was due to abscondence of co-accuseds. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

Learned Magistrate is directed to exhaust all processes to ensure the attendance of the absconding accuseds and in the event their attendance cannot be procured, to declare them as proclaimed offenders and commit the case to the court of sessions at the earliest.
