At the time of call no one appears on behalf of the petitioner and no accommodation is prayed for. It appears vide order dated 3rd November, 2022 the Court adjourned the hearing of the writ petition on the prayer made by the learned advocate representing the petitioner in order to enable the learned advocate to obtain instructions.

However, Kolkata Municipal Corporation is represented by learned advocates.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
