1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is involved in the offence of dacoity. Trial has substantially progressed. Prosecution assures this court that trial shall be completed within six months. In view of gravity of the offence and the assurance given on behalf of the prosecution, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
