It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in terms of the order dated 13th April, 2022, the petitioner has been admitted in Gouri Devi Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital wherein the petitioner was allotted a State quota seat for MBBS course. The relief for which the petitioner approached this Court has been provided with her admission in the said medical college.

Nothing further subsists in the writ petition for adjudication. The writ petition is, therefor, disposed of.

Before parting, I wish to observe by taking into consideration the facts of the instant case, there may be innumerable cases arising out of similar situation in future. It may not be possible for each such

candidate to knock the doors of this Court. The State and the University under which the private medical colleges are operating in the State of West Bengal shall devise proper mechanism in future so that there is a standardised procedure regarding fees, bonds indemnity and guarantee, if any, to be given by the candidate, who on being allotted a State quota seat for MBBS course, goes for admission in a private medical college.

Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
