The instant revisional application has been filed, inter alia, praying for expeditious disposal of the Matrimonial Suit no. 28 of 2022 pending before the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Chandernagore, Hooghly. 2.

The parties would submit that there are no interlocutory applications pending and the suit is already appearing in the peremptory list.

Having regard thereto and considering the fact that this is matrimonial suit, I am of the view that the Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Chandernagore, Hooghly should hear out and dispose of the above matrimonial suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order. 4.

With the above observations and directions, the revisional application being C.O. 919 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of. 5.
