It appears that this court disposed of two appeals being FMAT(MV) 148 of 2024 and FMA 336 of 2024 vide judgment dated September 13, 2024.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the claimant Mr. Banerjee, submits that Trial Court record of FMA 336 of 2024 is placed with the appeal. He submits that the Trial Court record may be send down to the office of the learned Tribunal for further course of action. The claimant undertake to pay the Special Messenger cost.

Considering the submission, the office is directed to send down the Trial Court record to the office of the

learned Tribunal through the Special Messenger, cost to be borned by the claimant/respondent.

The claimant is directed to submit the Special Messenger cost within a week.
