Halder, Mr. Indranil Halder .... for the petitioner Dr. Madhusudan Saha Roy .... for the CESC Limited Mr. Rajarshi Chatterjee, Mr. Gobinda Dey ....for the respondent no.4 It is submitted by learned counsel for the CESC Limited, on the premise of a report which is filed in court today and kept on record, that the CESC Limited has already shifted the electricity meter, which is the subject-matter of the present lis, after ascertaining that there was a feasible alternative location for doing so.

Such contention is corroborated by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In such view of the matter, WPA No. 6674 of 2022 is disposed of as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
