Contempt is alleged of this Court's order dated 21st April, 2025.

It appears that the competent authority pursuant to this Court's directions has passed a further order dated 24th September, 2025.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there has been an attempt to bypass this Court's order.

This Court is of the view that since the alleged violation appears to be such that could be

interpreted as an independent cause of action, liberty is reserved to the applicants to take out independent proceedings in accordance with law.

In view of the above, CPAN 397 of 2026 shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

7.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
