Husband of the victim is yet to participate in the police investigation.

The police case is dated November 7, 2023.

Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioners.

At the very least, their role needs investigation. Enlarging any of the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 949 of 2024 is dismissed.
