For the Petitioner This revisional application has been filed challenging the order impugned dated 10th May, 2022 in connection with Misc. Case No. 14 of 2021 renumbered as Misc. Case No. 24 of 2022 arising out of MAT Suit No. 168 of 2022.

In course of hearing learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner could not show the certified copy of the order impugned.

Considering the aforesaid circumstances, I find no further option but to dismiss the revisional application with costs of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the office of the Legal Services Authority, High Court, Calcutta within 7 days from date.
