Report submitted on behalf of the State is taken on record. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the State submits that though the report relating to the instant case, however some typographical mistake in the reference regarding the case number that may be ignored.

Upon perusal of the report it appears from the report of Cooch Behar Women police Station, Case No. 57/15 dated 26.05.15 under Sections 498 (A)/307 IPC pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Cooch Behar has been disposed of in finality.

The accused persons/ opposite party Nos. 2-6 have been acquitted from the case under Section 235 (1) of the CrPC and they have been discharged from their bail bonds. The instant case has been filed under Section 407 of the CrPC read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeking transfer of the said case to any other Court. The matter already disposed of. Thus, this instant application became infructuous.

Accordingly, the application is thus, dismissed as infructuous.
