The department is directed to delete the name of the respondent from the cause title of the memo of appeal.

The Learned Advocate representing the respondent no.1 stated to be the legal heirs of the respondent no.2. The compensation awarded to be disbursed in favour of the respondent no.2 be paid to the respondent no.1 accordingly in view of the Judgement and Order dated 24th March, 2025.

IA NO: CAN/2/2025 stands disposed of.
