It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that situation is otherwise normal as of now. In view of the above, the O. C., Marishda Police Station shall ensure that the order of the Civil Court in T. S. No. 59 of 2015 and the order of the Coordinate Bench of this Court dated 18th September, 2019 and the other orders in the writ petition mentioned in the said order dated 18th September, 2019 are strictly implemented.

The O. C., Marishda Police Station shall also ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of There will be no order as to costs.
