1. The instant matter is placed before this Court at the instance of the department.

2. It reveals that on 15.05.2025 the instant writ petition was disposed of in open Court. It further reveals that due to bona fide mistake the concerned A.R. (Court) has uploaded the draft order in the server instead of typing it in the final form.

3. In view of such, the concerned A.R. (Court) is directed to place the corrected printout of the order dated 15.05.2025 before me for my signature and thereafter to upload the same in the server.

4. The draft order which has been mistakenly uploaded in the server be removed forthwith.

5. This order be treated as part of the order dated 15.05.2025.
