1. None appears on behalf of the contemnors.

2. Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that the Pradhan has illegally permitted the private party to construct house under the PMAY Scheme.

3. As it appears that the Pradhan has filed an affidavit disclosing that there is no requirement of obtaining a sanction plan for raising construction under the PMAY Scheme, accordingly, it does not appear that there has been any violation of the order passed by the Court.

4. The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the authority in permitting construction under the PMAY Scheme.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for remedy, if so advised.

6. The contempt application stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
