The petitioners contended before the learned court that the parties had agreed out of court, that the decree holder would not proceed with the title execution case. Despite such submission, no stay was granted. This cannot be a ground for stay of the execution. There must be a formal adjudication on the prayer for stay.

This court is of the view that the revisional application does not merit any consideration.

Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed. The parties are at liberty to approach the appropriate court for appropriate reliefs which shall be decided, in accordance with law.

Parties are to act on the server copy of this order.
